Bernitsas Law advises WRED LLC, an affiliate of Värde Partners, on the sale of their c.52% stake in Trastor Real Estate Investment Company SA to Piraeus Bank, in consideration for c.€98m payable in cash.
The transaction was signed in January 2022 and closing is expected within the first quarter of the year.
