Bernitsas Law advised HELLENiQ ENERGY HOLDINGS SA (ex Hellenic Petroleum Holdings SA) on the €33.5m joint financing of their subsidiary Hellenic Petroleum Digital SA by Alpha Bank and the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF). The funds will be used for the financing of Hellenic Petroleum Group’s digital transformation program.
