We have an opening for a junior and a mid-level associate to join our team. You will be working on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, compliance with the regulatory and legislative framework and commercial contracts including: licensing, leasing, outsourcing, franchising, agency and distribution agreements. You will be exposed to a broad variety of work, with your responsibilities including drafting transaction documentation, advising on regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence and transaction management and providing day-to-day legal support to various types of legal entities. A substantial proportion of your work will be in large scale cross-border deals.

Experience Required

Have a bachelor of laws or equivalent and a strong academic record.

A specialised Master’s degree (LLM) in the areas of Corporate, Commercial or Business Law is a pre-requisite.

Have between 2 and 5 years’ professional experience in Corporate and/or Commercial Law matters.

Be admitted to the Athens or one of the regional Bar Associations in Greece. Additional admissions to foreign Bar Associations are welcomed.

Be able to work in Greek and English.

Be committed to delivering legal work of the highest quality and have a keen attention to detail.


Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.

Ability to work effectively within a team.

Excellent drafting skills.

Good communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proactive, enthusiastic and client orientated work ethic.
