Opportunity

We are looking to hire two lawyers, an Associate and a Senior Associate to join our team. You will be working on advisory and transactional matters across residential, touristic, commercial and industrial assets and exposed to a broad variety of work. Your responsibilities will include advising on all types of real estate corporate transactions involving real property asset portfolios and companies, M&As, joint ventures, sale and leaseback, restructuring and financial leasing deals. You will be acting for prominent global hotel owners and operators, investment funds and financing institutions for hotel, leisure, entertainment and tourism developments.

Experience Required

Between 3 and 7 years of active professional experience in Real Estate, Land Development & Hospitality law.

Experience in drafting and negotiating all types of agreement in this sector.

Experience in advising on registration, compliance and other formality requirements.

Experience in due diligence and risk analysis of real estate transactions and portfolios.

Skills

Should have a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent and a strong academic record. A specialised Master’s degree (LLM) would be an asset

Must be admitted to the Athens or one of the regional Bar Associations in Greece. Dual qualification admission is welcomed.

Excellent analytical and drafting skills.

Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.

Ability to work effectively within a team and strong interpersonal skills.

Good communication skills.

Inquisitive, driven, proactive, enthusiastic and client orientated work ethic.
