We are looking to hire a highly motivated lawyer to join our Intellectual Property team. We have vast experience in the ownership and licensing structures available to optimise the protection, enforceability, tax efficiency and exploitation of intellectual property assets. Our lawyers provide advice on compliance with the regulatory and legislative framework governing intellectual property on both an EU and National level.
We are looking to hire two highly motivated lawyers to join our EU, Competition & Antitrust team. You will be exposed to a wide variety of competition and antitrust matters, including novel and high-profile merger cases, restrictive trade practices, market and sectoral investigations, as well as abuse of dominance and State aid cases in a wide range of industry sectors.
We have an opening for a mid level associate to join our team. You will be focused on administrative law, public law, including public procurement and concessions and working on a wide variety of disputes, within a highly established team with significant sector specific experience.
