Bernitsas Law joins forces with the Hellenic Association of Treasurers as their pro bono legal partner.
A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Hellenic Association of Treasurers represented by its President Alexandros G. Koliavras and its Secretary Iliana Angelakis, and Bernitsas Law, represented by Managing Partner Panayotis Bernitsas.
The members of the collaboration committee, Counsel Maria Nefeli Bernitsa, specialised in Financial Services Law and dual qualified in England and Wales and Greece, and Counsel Dr. Anastasia Mallerou specialised in Banking, Payments, and Technology, also participated in the hybrid signing event!
The Hellenic Association of Treasurers (HAT) is a non-profit organization representing an effort to unite all Treasury professionals interested in the developments of the Greek Financial Market. It was founded in December 2020. The Association aims to promote the art of Treasury amongst members and externally, with regards to the Greek, European, and Global socio-economic dynamics and developments.
