Our cultural journeys continue and this time Bernitsas Law colleagues, families and friends explored the fascinating world of ‘Neo-Impressionism in the Colours of the Mediterranean Exhibition’ at the Basil & Elise Goulandris foundation.
Curators Christoforos Botsis, Michalis Klaoudatos and Anita Liatsi led us on a captivating tour through the vibrant colours of the Neo-Impressionism art movement inspired by the Mediterranean region as well as through the permanent exhibition showcasing works by many artists including Paul Signac, Henri-Edmond Cross, Cézanne, van Gogh, Gauguin, Monet, Degas, Picasso, Maximilien Luce,Théo van Rysselberghe, Henri Matisse, Henri Manguin and Louis Valtat, most of which are on display for the first time in Greece.
The exhibition ‘Neo-Impressionism in the Colours of the Mediterranean’ (1891-1914) takes place in collaboration with important European museums and organisations as well as European private collectors and is held under the auspices of the French Ministry of Culture.
