Bernitsas Law is proud to be a sponsor of the team which will represent the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition. The competition will be held in Washington D.C. between 30 March and 6 April 2024.
The Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition is the world's largest, with participants from roughly 700 law schools in 100 countries and jurisdictions. The Competition is a simulation of a fictional dispute between countries before the International Court of Justice, the judicial organ of the United Nations.
The team went on and won the 7th place in written Memorials and received the Alona M. Evans Award.
