Opportunity
We have an opening for a mid-level associate to join our highly established EU, Competition & Antitrust team. You will be exposed to a wide variety of competition and antitrust matters, including novel and high-profile merger control cases, restrictive trade practices, market and sectoral investigations, as well as abuse of dominance and State aid cases in a wide range of industry sectors. Within this role, you will also become acquainted with other fields of law, including advising on legal matters surrounding data protection/privacy compliance and TMT work.

Strong knowledge of the EU and Greek competition legal framework.
3-6 years of active professional experience in EU, Competition & Antitrust
Experience in legal research and in drafting legal documents, including preparation of merger filings
Should have a bachelor of laws or equivalent and a strong academic record. A specialised Master’s degree (LLM) would be an asset.
Must be admitted to the Athens or one of the regional Bar Associations in Greece. Dual qualification admission is welcomed.
Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.
Ability to work effectively within a team and strong interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
Inquisitive, driven, proactive, enthusiastic and client orientated work ethic.
