Our Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Team

Our practice has significant expertise in administrative law, advising clients in disputes relating to regulatory and legislative compliance and interpretation. We represent clients in the challenge of acts and decisions of central and local government and public bodies and in fiscal, corporate governance, licensing and financial investigations by the regulatory and tax authorities. We advise on petitions for the annulment of penalties and fines and on disputes arising from public procurement processes and the award of public tenders.

We have an opening for a mid level associate to join our team. You will be specializing in administrative law, public law, including public procurement and concessions and working on a wide variety of disputes, within a highly established team with significant sector specific experience.

Experience Required

Have a bachelor of laws or equivalent and a strong academic record. A specialised Master’s degree (LLM) would be an asset.

Have 5-7 years of professional experience in administrative disputes as well as all types of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.

Be admitted to the Athens or one of the regional Bar Associations in Greece. Admissions to foreign Bar Associations are welcomed.

Be able to work in Greek and English.

Be committed to delivering legal work of the highest quality and have a keen attention to detail.


Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.

Ability to work effectively within a team.

Have excellent drafting skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proactive, enthusiastic and client orientated work ethic.

Good analytical skills.
