Afroditi Kazani
Associate
Afroditi is an associate with the Firm and part of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team.
Afroditi advises on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including project, acquisition and structured finance. She acts in fund finance deals, including credit, asset backed and hybrid facilities.
Prior to joining the Firm, Afroditi worked with Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg. She holds a Degree in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an LLM in Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University. She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2019).
