Bernitsas Law acted as Greek law counsel to MBC Group in connection with their €225m investment in Antenna Greece BV, the indirect parent company of Antenna TV and Makedonia TV. The investment was made through a capital increase, further to which MBC Group acquired a significant minority stake in Antenna Greece BV.
MBC Group is the largest media company in the Middle East & North Africa region based in Dubai.
Antenna Group is a privately owned international technology, media and entertainment company with a leading presence in Central & Eastern Europe.
