Hellenic Armed Forces Supply Dispute
We represented a supplier active in the defense industry in litigation relating to the non-approval of payments for material and services provided to the Hellenic Armed Forces.
€3.6m Claim before Council of State
We represented a manufacturer of electronic systems for use by the defense industry in its €3.6m lawsuit before the Athens Administrative Court of Appeals in respect of consideration due on the basis of a contract awarded by the Ministry of Defense for the supply of military material and in the petition filed by the Ministry of Defense for the cassation of the decision of the Appellate Court, which was rejected.
