Bernitsas Law has acted as Greek law counsel to Bank of Cyprus in connection with an up to €8m bond loan issued by Housemarket SA, for the financing of general corporate purposes and investments of the issuer. A parallel credit facility granted by Bank of Cyprus to a Cypriot affiliate under the name HM Housemarket Cyprus Limited is guaranteed by Housemarket SA.
