Bernitsas acts as Greek law counsel to Olympia Group and Imker Group, existing shareholders of ENTERSOFTONE (ES1), in connection with Hg’s investment in ENTERSOFTONE (ES1).
Hg is a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses. The transaction marks Hg's first investment in Greece and values the company’s business at around €1bn. Olympia Group and Imker Group will reinvest significant shareholdings alongside the management team of ES1, led by CEO Antonis Kotzamanidis.
The transaction is expected to close later this year, subject to customary closing conditions.
