George Ioannidis

He assists in private equity and capital markets transactions, including deals involving listed corporates drafting documentation, advising on regulatory and corporate governance issues and participating in due diligence exercises. He started his career as a trainee at Bernitsas before obtaining an LL.M. in the United States. 

George holds a Degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He is admitted to the Athens Bar (2024) and the New York Bar (2026).
