Marinos Shiapanis
Associate
Marinos is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets and Corporate and M&A teams.
He acts in mergers, acquisitions and restructurings and advises on corporate, commercial and financing related agreements. Marinos also assists on transactions in listed equity and debt securities.
Marinos holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton. He is admitted to the Athens Bar (2023).
