Bernitsas Law advises Unity Holding Company on the acquisition of ENTERSOFT SA

Bernitsas Law advised Unity Holding Company (UHC), a holding company jointly controlled by Olympia Group and Rucio Investment Sàrl, in connection with UHC’s acquisition of Entersoft SA (Company), listed on the Athens Exchange. The transaction involved a complex acquisition structure combining market purchases, irrevocable undertakings from key shareholders and a take-over bid, further to which UHC acquired c. 99.6 of the Company’s shares. We advised on the entire life cycle of the transaction and will continue to support UHC for the acquisition of the remaining stake in the Company.
