Sotiris is an associate at the Firm and a member of the Corporate and M&A team.
Sotiris advises on corporate law issues, including corporate governance and M&A transactions. He drafts commercial agreements and corporate documentation and participates in due diligence reviews. Sotiris also advises Greek and foreign insurance companies and insurance intermediaries on regulatory issues and participates in transactions in the insurance sector. He joined the Firm as a trainee and has experience working with the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team.
Sotiris holds a Degree in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an LLM in Corporate Law and Finance from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is admitted to the Athens Bar (2025).
