Bernitsas Law advised Piraeus Bank and its 100% subsidiary, Piraeus Plc, in the offer to international institutional investors of €500m principal amount of senior unsecured notes issued by Piraeus Plc and guaranteed by Piraeus Bank, and their listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange under the €25bn EMTN Programme of Piraeus Plc.
Piraeus Bank is the largest of the four Greek systemic banks and listed on the Athens Exchange.
