Bernitsas Law advised CYTA Cyprus in their sale of CYTA Hellas SA to Vodafone-Panafon Hellenic Telecommunications Co. SA. The value of the transaction is €118m.

CYTA is Cyprus' incumbent landline, mobile and broadband internet telecommunications provider. Vodafone-Panafon is a member of the Vodafone Group Plc and a leader in Greece's fixed, mobile and internet services market.
