Bernitsas Law advised Samsung Electronics Greece SA and Innoetics in the merger by absorption of Samsung with Innoetics. This transaction constituted the wrap-up of a previous acquisition of 100% of the shares of Innoetics, a company then unrelated to the Samsung Group, by Samsung. Innoetics is a software house specialising in artificial voice applications.
