Bernitsas Law advised the arrangers and dealers from time to time in relation to the initial establishment in 2001 and thereafter on the annual update of the €6.5bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by OTE plc and guaranteed by the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation SA (OTE).
The OTE group is Greece’s largest telecommunications provider and operates through subsidiaries in South Eastern Europe. OTE is listed on the Athens Exchange.
