Bernitsas Law advises Econergy Renewable Energy on the acquisition of 49% of stake in Iliaki Pikrolimnis SA from Renven SA

Bernitsas Law advised Econergy Renewable Energy (Econenergy) in their entry into the Greek clean energy market through the acquisition of 49% of Renven SA’s stake in Iliaki Pikrolimnis SA, a joint venture between Terna Energy and Renven SA.

Iliaki Pikrolimnis SA is the holding company of two legal entities which develop solar parks in Kilkis in Northern Greece with a capacity of 460MW. The total value of the investment is approximately €265m.

Econergy is an international independent power producer which develops, owns and operates utility-scale renewable energy projects.
