Bernitsas Law is a proud sponsor of the team representing the Law School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens at the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (FDI) taking place in London on 3-6th November, 2022.
The Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot is a premier international investor-State arbitration moot and is organized annually under the auspices of the Center for International Studies (Salzburg, Austria), the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the Centre of European Law, King's College London, Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts and Pepperdine University Law School, California.
The team went on to win 5th place in the Claimant's memorials category.
