Bernitsas Law advises Eurobank SA on the issue and offering of €500m Fixed Rate Callable Senior Preferred Instruments

Bernitsas Law acted as Greek law counsel to Eurobank SA on the issue and offering of €500m Fixed Rate Callable Senior Preferred Instruments due 2029 to professional investors pursuant to a bookbuilding process and the listing of such Instruments on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The instruments were issued under the existing €5bn Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments established by Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings SA and Eurobank SA.
