The IFLR Europe Awards are judged independently by IFLR's editorial team and focus exclusively on legal innovation in cross-border transactions that reached financial close during the 2022 calendar year. Winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony on May 3 at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, London.
