Bernitsas Law is a proud sponsor of the 5th Tax Law Conference organised by Nomiki Vivliothiki. The event takes place on 19 December 2023 at the Grand Hyatt Athens hotel.
The Conference will discuss issues related tax law including AI's role in tax administration, information exchange and the emerging European and global trends and the role of taxation in investments and redistribution. Counsel Fotodotis Malamas participates in the 'Information Exchange: European and global trends' panel alongside esteemed speakers.
The Conference is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Development, the Jean Monett Chair 'EU, Tax Policy and Administration', the Association of Insurance Companies in Greece, the Hellenic Exchanges Shareholders Association and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises.
