Bernitsas Law announces today a major addition to our Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team. Pantazis Karamanolis is joining as Of Counsel and will advise Greek and international financial services providers and corporates on large scale transactions, including corporate transformations of listed companies.
Pantazis has served in senior roles such as General Counsel of Alpha Bank, Country Legal Counsel of JP Morgan Chase, Country Legal Counsel of Arthur Andersen, Of Counsel to the Greek Minister of National Economy and the Governor of Emporiki Bank, and various corporates and state institutions.
