Ioniki Poulaki
Associate
Ioniki is an Associate with the Firm and a member of the EU, Competition & Antitrust team.
Ioniki assists on compliance with antitrust and merger control issues, international sanctions and GDPR legislation, as well as TMT. She drafts notifications to regulatory authorities, applications for licenses, consent forms, policies, agreements and other ancillary documents. Ioniki also provides onsite trainings and prepares legal updates to support clients in alignment with current legislation.
Ioniki holds a Degree in Law and an LLM (Hons) in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Finance Minor from The American College of Greece. She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2024).
