Bernitsas Law advised CVC in their participation in the tender conducted by the Public Power Corporation for the sale of 49% in Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO).
HEDNO is a regulated entity and the sole active distributor of electricity throughout Greece. CVC is world leader in private equity and credit with $117.8 billion of assets under management, $161.9 billion of funds committed and a global network of 24 local offices.
