Bernitsas Law acted as Greek counsel to Hoist Finance AB as purchaser, in connection with a sale and purchase agreement entered into on 28 December 2021 with Alpha Bank as seller of a portfolio of non-performing retail loans with a total outstanding balance of approximately €2.1bn.
