Bernitsas Law advised Dodoni SA on the issue of a €75m bond loan with Piraeus Bank SA and Eurobank SA acting as mandated lead arrangers and original bondholders and Piraeus Bank SA acting as bondholder agent and paying agent.
Dodoni SA - Agricultural Dairy Industry of Epirus is a leading producer and exporter of dairy products in Greece and a market leader in (PDO) FETA Cheese. The loan enables Dodoni SA to advance its corporate vision and further its general corporate purposes.
