We are looking to hire a highly motivated lawyer to join our Energy team. We have vast experience in advising market leaders on the compliance, management, development and financing of their activities in the energy sector and our lawyers have advised on many of the major pioneering energy and resources projects to have taken place in Greece.
We are looking to hire two highly motivated with adequate knowledge and experience lawyers to join our teams. You will be working on a wide variety of (i) capital markets offerings, transactions involving private and State controlled companies and debt and equity transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements and tender offers, and (ii) M&A transactions also involving listed companies or listed counterparties, within highly established teams with significant sector specific experience.
We currently have an opening for a mid- level associate to join our team. Applicants should be keen to become an integral member of the firm and to build on their experience and knowledge, working within a top tier Banking & Finance practice. You will be working on a wide variety of transactions, including secured, unsecured, syndicated and bi-lateral lending, corporate financings, acquisition finance, asset finance and securitisation and sale and management of non-performing exposures, within a highly established team with significant sector specific experience.
